Steve Cashen

Former Special Operations

Steven T. Cashen is a veteran of the Special Operations community with almost 30 years of service to our military and country, including more than a decade of active service with the US Army Special Forces and over 15 years with the USG. He has supported expeditionary operations around the globe in support of mission-critical teams tasked with national security objectives. As alpinist, advanced medical practitioner, and former operator he brings a unique combination of skills to the arena. He was born and raised in Juneau, Alaska and is a graduate of the University of Utah; as a nationally certified Physician Assistant he has extensive experience in the fields of orthopedics and sports medicine, combat trauma/TCCC, and tropical medicine/travel health.
